German company to invest Euro 160 Mio fuel cell gigafactory in China looking for Chinese partner.

I have received an inquiry from a German manufacturer of fuel cells that wants to set up a Gigafactory in China for the production of 'fuel cell stacks' (the heart of the fuel cell). The total investment will be around Euro 160 million. This project is being supported by the German federal state. The German company is now seeking an institutional Chinese investor to act as a co-sponsor. The project is at an early stage. Is anybody in this business or knows someone who is?
