entrepreneurial, and extremely driven individuals who lead launch and growth of a cutting-edge venture as CEO and CTO in China.

CEO

Who you are:
You have experience with founding a start-up leading or an
independent business unit and scaling it to least 10m+ revenue

• You have recruited an A-team, lead and scaled it to 50+
  employees and built a growth-driven company culture
• An
  entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership
  skills and a track record of having created extraordinary things with
  impact
• You are an inspiring leader who knows how to sell and convince others for your
  ideas
• You have a strong network in China and excellent communication and public
  speaking skills in Chinese and English
• Comfortable when making decisions using limited information and resources
• Passion for and experience in either manufacturing or metal industry, software /
  SaaS products or B2B platform business models
• Master degree with outstanding academic results, preferably in the field of business, science or engineering

What you do:

• Develop the company’s short- and long-term strategy, vision and mission, goals and KPIs
• Recruiting and developing the best talent for your company
• Lead business development and maintain awareness of expansion opportunities, the competitive market landscape, industry development, etc.
• Being an "evangelist" for the company at conferences, events, etc. and establishing strategic
  partnerships with key customers and key partners in the industry, like associations and government
• You support the fundraising process (projections, pitch deck, and VC meetings) and build strong relationship with our key investors

CTO

Who you are:

• Proven experience as CTO, VP of Engineering, Head of IT, launching and
  scaling a SaaS product from start-up to growth business with at least 10m+
  revenue
• You have recruited and led A-team of product managers and engineers of 15+
• Strong knowledge and experience with software architecture and infrastructure of
  5-10 years
• Entrepreneurial spirit and a ‘get-things-done’ attitude: Incredible drive to solve
  problems and restless, sleepless nights until it is solved
• You are a communicator in Chinese and preferably English, with great interpersonal skills, who can understand and manage a team easily and effectively
• Master degree with outstanding academic results, preferably in the field computer science or engineering

What you do:

• Develop new ideas according to the strategy and contribute significantly to the
  technological vision. Develop the venture’s roadmap and play a decisive
  role in the continuous product development process together with
  management and business side
• You are eager to dive deep into the details and objectives of the business and
  competitors, especially the latest technology trends and advances in
  (sheet metal) manufacturing, production and procurement software
• You’re keen on growth, and are responsible for hiring, scaling, training and driving
  a highly motivated Engineering team
• You establish and sustain a high-performing engineering culture, built on
  speed, agility, and effectiveness
• Provide hands-on technical leadership to the team: You are able to evaluate code
  and tests, holding the team accountable for addressing strategic
  objectives rather than coding for pure technical gratification
